We are excited to announce that the Virginia Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (VACES) 2025 Conference will occur the weekend of March 7-8, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia!
Join us for the VACES Graduate Student Conference, an exhilarating gathering of minds eager to explore the latest advancements and research in counseling! The conference brings together graduate students across Virginia to share their innovative ideas, network with fellow conference attendees, and engage in thought-provoking discussions.
Call for Presentation Proposals
Please take the time to fill out this call for proposals for the VACES graduate student conference. Graduate students, including masters and doctoral students, who reside in Virginia are welcome to submit proposals. This includes graduate students from online programs that are not located in Virginia.
In order to submit a proposal, you must either live in the state of Virginia or attend a university in Virginia. You also must have a faculty sponsor from your college or university. Your faculty sponsor should be notified in advance that you are requesting they sponsor you. They will help to guide you through the proposal process.
Call for proposals are due by December 1, 2024.
Chosen presenters will receive feedback from the blind reviews and are expected to implement feedback from those reviews in their final presentations.
