We are excited to announce the annual VACES graduate student conference, which will take place on the beautiful campus of South University in Richmond, on March 15-16th, 2024.
Please take the time to fill out this call for proposals for the VACES graduate student conference. Graduate students, including masters and doctoral students, who reside in Virginia are welcome to submit proposals. This includes graduate students from online programs that are not located in Virginia.
In order to submit a proposal, you must either live in the state of Virginia or attend a university in Virginia. You also must have a faculty sponsor from your college or university. Your faculty sponsor should be notified in advance that you are requesting they sponsor you. They will help to guide you through the proposal process.
Call for proposals are due by January 5th, 2024.
Chosen presenters will receive feedback from the blind reviews and are expected to implement feedback from those reviews in their final presentations.
